Solution
We developed the system that allows: Site administrator:
- Managing news
- Editing main menu of the site
- Managing system of site sections
- Creating new html pages for site using WYSIWYG editor
- Editing lists of real estate on the site
- Synchronize data on site with the main company's database (R2000)
User:
- Registering on the site
- Searching on site
- Searching by offers (real estate)
- Adding his offers regarding selling/rent on site
- Using events calendar provided by site with an ability of email/sms notification
- Adding offer that interested a user, to the basket of offers
- Exchanging messages with realtor about offers that interested a user
- Reviewing correspondence history with realtor regarding offers
Platforms, Tools , and Technologies
The Web application was developed using PHP/My SQL , XML/XSL, DomXML, DHTML. Server technologies . Site is performed on Linux platform. Features
Admin's abilities:
- To manage list of offices, managers, realtors ;
- To view site statistics;
- To manage sections of site
- To create/edit/remove HTML pages
- To edit main menu of the site (2 levels)
- To manage list of news & groups of news
- To manage a list of realty on site
- To manage system of rights for editing a list of realty
- To process new realty came through the site
- To synchronize data of the company's main database with the site's database
Company Manager 's abilities:
- To register on site;
- To view/navigate/search site articles/news;
- To search realty on site
- To be in correspondence with realtor regarding offers interesting for user
