Objective:
Developing warehouse accounting system. It should also include registration of financial operations and financial analysis.
Solution:
We created a program that allows registering all necessary operations connected with goods supply and shipping in warehouse, keeping a cash book and with marketing analysis.
Platforms, Tools and Technologies
The application was developed using Borland Delphi . Database: Paradox. The IDE can work on Windows 3.1/95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP platform.
General software's abilities
- Program contains more that 100 forms of information input , review and analysis . The main basic forms of the program are: Products in stock, Supplies, Invoices, Suppliers, Customers, Acceptance registration, Shipping registration, Acceptance orders, Shipping orders, Delayed shipping, Cash book, Operational reports, Turnover register, Product profit analysis, Written-off products, Suppliers analysis, Customers analysis, Analysis of profit by invoices, and dollar rates.
- Additional utility functions: (1) archiving supplies, invoices, spending and profits data to the separate database (with an opportunity of their return to the basic database); (2) checking of database integrity with opportunity of restoring and re-indexation; (3) purging complete database or its part; (4) registration and support of rights to access to all system's functions for each user separately.
- Moreover, system has functions of automation of reserve copying and database restoring.

- Well-structured, intuitively comprehensive, easy-to-use interface. System is easy to master and use. Opportunity of choosing work regime from ordinary window menu and from additional menu in the center of the screen as well. The additional menu stands as navigator for the system, helping to study its abilities quickly.
