Development of a software for review and analysis of data from accounting database and for printing a great number of additional complicated reports.

We have created a accounting reports software that supplements existing accounting system and allows analyzing data in database and printing a great number of additional complicated reports.
Platforms, Tools and Technologies
The Accounting Reports software was developed using Borland Delphi . Database: Sybase SQL Anywhere.
The software can work on Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP platform.
General software's abilities
- Software contains more than 70 forms of information input, review and analysis.
- Ability of printing a great number of various accounting reports, including List of open/closed accounts, List of blocked accounts, Statistics by forms of property, Book of open accounts, Certificate about opening an account, Certificate about closing an account, Journal of distributed (attracted) funds balance, Journal of divergence of personal account balance with contract balance, Register of payments by files, List of debtors by budget, List of debtors, Analytic data about credit portfolio state, Register of operations of more than $10000, Data about operations of more than $10000.
- Statistics calculation, including Statistics by accounts, Statistics of number of clients by accounts, Statistics of personal accounts by balance accounts, etc.
- Access rights maintenance, including assigning rights of access to reading or data changing for a single user.
- Well-structured, intuitively comprehensive, easy-to-use interface. System is easy to master and use. Opportunity of choosing work regime from ordinary window menu and from additional menu in the center of the screen as well. The additional menu stands as navigator for the system, helping to study its abilities quickly. Moreover , there is an opportunity of quick switching between open forms by corresponding bookmarks.
