Software Development Methodology

EuroStudio exercises its own complex project development methodology to plan, execute and control the project implementation process. Our managers focus primarily upon the quality of created products and the provided methodology greatly helps to achieve that goal. It is based on contemporary methodologies Rational Unified Process (RUP), Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) and eXtreme Programming (XP).

MSF helps to determine the engineering process for our design team and to involve our Customers into the development process. RUP enables us to describe the process in rich detail, if necessary, and to produce a level plan of measures. It allows to make engineering a predictable and controllable process. XP helps to work with many generally accepted and widely used programming principles at an extremely high level.

Our production team follows such main principles:

• Directing (working out) requirements
• Applying modular architectures
• Using visual designing
• Quality check and testing at each iteration
• Changes are being traced
