CPTM (Cost per Targeted Thousand Impressions) - Implying that the audience one is trying to reach is defined by particular demographics or other
specific characteristics, such as woman married age 25-30. The difference between CPM and CPTM is
that CPM is for gross impressions, while CPTM is for targeted impressions.
